Additional Harvest and Haulage support
Harvest and Haulage contractors can also access Employee Assistant Program (EAP) services through Converge International on 1300 687 327. EAP service offers short term counselling services and covers a wide range of personal and work issues.
In-mill support
Local mental health and wellbeing providers are delivering support directly to workers who may be more at risk and have limited local services.
The provider will:
- engage and work with the business owner / management team to put together a tailored mental health response for the workforce
- facilitate workshops/support groups for owners, employees and their families on topics identified through the services engagement with you and the workforce
- provide one-to-one individual sessions (counselling) for anyone (employees/families) needing this support.
