Gender Equality Action Plan

Our Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) guides our organisational development and workplace culture. We take a holistic, intersectional approach to policies and people and culture processes. We draw on experts and advocacy groups to support our work.

Our GEAP aligns with the 7 indicators from the Gender Equality Act 2020. We aim to make meaningful progress with 22 actions over the next 4 years. These actions drive our progress toward gender equality.

Our progress

We report our progress to the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector every 2 years.

We submitted our first Progress Report in February 2024. The Commission confirmed we have met our requirements under the Gender Equality Act 2020.
